Dust and Vacuum: Dusting and vacuuming as per normal inclucing all the places that are too hard to reach during your normal cleaning routine. Break out the stepladder!

Faucets: De-scale faucets / showerheads throughout the home with vinegar.

Windows: Vacuum windowsills and window tracks. Remove cobwebs and bugs from window screens.

Ceiling Fans and Light Fittings: Wipe down ceiling fan blades and Light Fittings. Remove any cobwebs.

Doors: Wipe down doors and doorframes for fingerprints and smudges.

Garbage Bins: Wipe out and sanitize all indoor garbage bins, recycling bins and wastebaskets.

Blinds: Give your blinds a deep clean by scrubbing them down.

Couch & Chairs: Remove all cushions and vacuum the creases where pet hair and popcorn love to call home. Also, move the couch to clean underneath it and behind it if it sits against a wall.

Cabinets/Drawers: Wipe down all cabinet and drawer faces.

Oven: The oven and all oven racks are cleaned.

Stovetop: Scrub down all surfaces and control knobs with a soapy sponge and then a clean wet rag. This will include the hood fan and the hood fan filter if present.

Microwave: If your microwave is tucked into an enclave in the cabinets, or on the countertop, it will be moved to clean underneath/around as well as the inside.

Toaster: Remove the fire hazard (also known as breadcrumbs) in the bottom of your toaster.

Refrigerator/Freezer: The refrigerator will be cleaned and we won’t forget the rubber gasket around the door seals cleaning these with warm soapy water and then disinfect. Use this time to throw away expired items.

Sink: Wipe it out with hot soapy water, paying attention to the crevices in the backsplash, and around the faucet. A disinfectant spray with bleach is used with stubborn stains.

Dishwasher: Mostly only cleaning on the outside.

Grout: White grout can really brighten the appearance of a bathroom and this is done scrubbing with disinfectant.

Shower Doors: Doors are washed and cleaned.

Toothbrush Holder: Cleaning this is very important to us and won't be missed.

Toilet: Clean toilet, paying attention to the base and behind it as well.

Beds And Bedding: Remove all bedding and replace with clean bedding if requested. Alternately just tidy beds.

Laundry: Fill laundry basket with all stray items.

Kitchen: Clean all work surfaces and stove top.

Floors: Vacuum all floors and mop.

Bathrooms: Wipe down all bathrooms. Replace bathmats if requested.

Stray Items: Remove all stray items and store away as instructed or place neatly in one area.

Surfaces: Clean all wood and glass surfaces.

Beds And Bedding: Remove all bedding and replace with clean bedding

Walls: Wipe and clean walls.

Polish: Clean and polish shelves, tables and benches.

Bathroom: Clean shower, bath, toilet and basin. Replace toilet paper and other toiletries. Shine all taps and mirrors.

Kitchen: Clean all surfaces. Remove all old items and replace with new items after wiping fridge. Ensure stove, microwave, kettle and toaster is clean. Clean sink.

Lounch and Dining Area: Remove any stray items and store. Vacuum all pillows and seats. Clean chairs and table in dining area..

All Other Areas: Clean and tidy all other areas. Ensure all bins are empty and clean. Replace bin liners as required. Place any welcome items as required.

Floors: Vacuum all floors and mop before locking up.

Kitchen: Wash all the cupboards and shelves. Pull out all appliances and wash the floors beneath them and the walls behind them. Make sure the appliances are clean, including the washing machine soap tray and the dishwasher filter. Cleaned the fridge and switch it off at the mains and leave the door open to prevent mould. Only if the fridge is part of the house.

Oven and Hob: The oven, hob, burners, racks, baking trays, handles, switches and all other surfaces.

Living Room, Dining Room, Study and Bedrooms: This room is mostly about dusting extensively and vacuuming everything to perfection and is very time consuming.

Bathrooms: Scrub everything in the bathroom including the tiles, sink, bath, toilet, mirror and other accessories. Ensure the drains and plug holes are clear from debris and make sure the water runs away quickly. Remove mould, soap scum and limescale buildup from all metallic surfaces like the faucets, the shower, the drain grates.

Walls: Wash all walls and remove dirty marks, cobwebs and dust.

Windows: Cleaning of windows is an optional extra as Prestige Home Cleaning to not provide a window cleaning service.

Blinds: If the blinds are permanent then thoroughly dust and wipe both sides of the slats of venetian blinds.

Carpets/Rugs: Unfortunately Prestige Home Cleaning does not do carpet cleaning. We will vacuum them as best as possible.

Staircases and Hallways: These are areas with a lot of traffic and would be in need of more serious cleaning.
